Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

No refund received from Travolook for 3 months amount of 15000. I had booked to and fro tickets from Mumbai to Kochi from Travolook on 28 Jan 2021,it’s been more than 3 months no refund received yet,no response for my emails,and the customer care service makes us wait for half n hour, and everytime they tell wait for 7 days still no refund received yet

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace.
