I had booked a flight ticket of Rs. 1584 on 15-Nov-2021 from Nashik to Pune through “TRAVOLOOK”. After making payment using my credit card, I got a message that the booking is cancelled due to fare expiration and received a call from TRAVOLOOK that the refund will be made within 7-10 working days. Since I did not receive refund, I wrote a mail to “TRAVOLOOK”. I received a reply that the refund will be initiated by TRAVOLOOK and the same will be reflected in my account within 7-10 working days (printout of mail attached). However, I did not receive refund. Since last 3 months, I have been repeatedly following up (by mails & telephone calls) with TRAVOLOOK for refund and proof of the refund initiated by them. But till today, I have neither received the refund nor any proof of refund initiation. This nature of response is unacceptable and raises a doubt on the intentions of TRAVOLOOK to make the refund. Hence, I seek your intervention to recover the refund amount of Rs. 1584 from TRAVOLOOK. If required, I can forward you printout of all the mail correspondence for your reference.
