I had booked tickets on 12 Jun 2022. My tickets could not be booked and I got the mail
“This is to inform you that your reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason .
Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..
Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated”
Since 12th I am following up with the customer care of Travolook for the refund, I have not received the refund. Everytime I had been told to wait for 5-7 days the refund will be issued but no refund received.
