Complaint regarding refund due from Yatra

I am from Palasa, srikakulam andhra pradesh, I booked a Flight ticket from Kuwait City to Hyderabad on 03-10-2020, And i supposed to travel on 07-10-2020, but Due to some personnel problem i have to cancel my flight ticket. After a long conversation with the Yatra.Com employee they have agreed me to refund Rs.15,485/- INR out of Rs.23325/- on 07-10-2020 & they have agreed me to pay with in 45-60days. But, still i am waiting for the refund & its completed more than 145Days, still i did not get refund.

Please take a necessary action and refund my hard earn money back.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
