I ordered on Zomato on Dec 20th but the payment failed and then I ordered again after paying again, so the first payment had to be refunded and Zomato said it will refund after one whole month and refund was processed according to them in Jan 3rd after which no amount was credited to my account and now they say refund reference number is not being generated due to some error and my money hasn’t been refunded also.
