On 26th August 2023, I placed an order with Zara via COD and when I receive the order I arranged for cancellation as the item was not to my expectation and further arranged a pick up of the order by submitted my bank details when arranging the cancellation and pick up.
The order was picked up from me the next following day however I have to wait for more than 14 days to receive the refund which I did.
Now it’s 19 September 2023 and I have not received the refund. Have contacted Zara customer service on call and on chat but they advise to contact the bank and the bank ask to contact the merchandiser.
I’m going back and forth between the bank and the merchandiser, it is a complete joke and a fraud. Never expect this from Zara.
The refundable fee is 3190 rupees
