Complaint regarding refund from Abhi bus for short termination

I booked bus tickets from abhi bus but bus was broken-down and money was refunded till now. I booked bus tickets from abhi bus on 22nd June and on 23rd June night my bus was stopped on outskirts of Hyderabad no alternative bus was provided and I returned home waiting for 6 hrs in the midnight till my money was not refunded so please help me to get back my money.
