By calling E commerce Air India I cancelled three tickets on 10th April 2017 and requested for refund. I received a mail for E commerce Air India on 3rd May saying that they already refunded the amount to my account. Until now the amount is not credited to my account and I informed them by mail and by phone. Until now I didn’t receive a proper response from AIR INDIA and refund also not happened. I requested them the swift message if they sent the money to my account and not received any response from them. Kindly resolve this issue.
