I had booked 3 return tickets in BLR-TVM Sector for travel on 29th Oct & 5th Nov respectively. On the nth hour of travel I was informed that this particular Airlines i.e Air Pegasus has ceased all operations & asked me to contact MMT for cancellation. I called up MMT & they too confirmed this and asked me to cancel & re-book tickets. Eventually I had to pay more from my pocket for making this journey.
I was informed that the refund amount of 10475/- will be processed in due course, However this has not happened to this day..
Every time the executive at the call center cites they have taken up the issue with Airline company, but never have they given any kind of timeline for refund.
It is very frustrating that customers are put to so much hardship & followup as these Online Portals have no concern. They should realize that they are in business today because of customers like us.
MMT have no right to hold back anybody’s hard earned money & I expect concerned authorities to take it up with MMT officials.
