I could not get the refund of Rs. 244/- of the cancelled order of Amazon. The order was showing cancelled on 24.06.2021.
In this regard, I have contacted the customer care of Amazon on at least 10 times. But there is neither a proper reply nor refund till this time. Every time I used to be kept on hold for 15 minutes to 30 minutes at least.
Since last three occasions, i.e on 06.07.21 and 13.07.21 and last call made today on 21.07.21, it is told by the concerned customer care associate and their seniors that by mistake your RRN (Refund Reference Number) could not be created, but we have raised the complaint and it will be informed to you within 3 to 5 working days. But no result, I could not get till this time. I am a Prime Member also, but unfortunately of no use.
On 21.07.21, the Amazon customer care associate, after keeping me on hold for about 30 minutes, said that my senior had refused to talk with you.
I think that Amazon should take serious action on the part of those who are committing such serious lapses.
I want to be informed of the action taken and immediate refund of my Rs.244/- along with information of RRN (Refund Reference Number)
