Complaint regarding refund from Amazon for Iphone 14 pro max

I have order an iphone 14 pro max from amazon on 22 june 2023 which I received in totally damaged condition for which i have an unboxing video than amazon accepts my return and picked my same delivered order on july 5 and now its 22 September they are clearly denying to give me refund for my order and reason they are giving me that i have returned different order but at the time of pickup there executive has checked the item properly before picking up
