On 27th April 2018 I booked 4 movie tickets from malancha hall in kolkata for which the amount was 536.64 and the ticket was for coming sat of that week. There was a failed transaction for which ticket was not booked. Hence I repeated to book again and booked 3 tickets for the same show with amount 402. This time my booking got confirmed. After a while i got defuction alert in my mobile where book my show has deducted both the amount. On 28th april I complained book my show and wrote a mail regarding the same. After getting no reply i called on 30th april at their call center and got to know they will refund this amount of 536.64 within 10 working days. This thing they have also mailed me. On 5th may I mailed again for update. Their was no reply. On 10th I called again and got to know i required to provide bank statement to show the transaction. They also claimed that though they have not yet received the money but if they have the bank statement they will contact bank to confirm. On 16th I attached the bank statement which clearly shows the transaction and since then Book my show is not responding. They are mailing me to wait for 24hrs but after that 48hrs have passed. I am attaching my statement to show this. Please help to hsve my refund.
