This is to bring into your notice that I’ve booked a Tata bolt xe on 26.07.17 from TC motors Pvt ltd (salap beside Kolkata West city) with rs 43000 which we had been paid in three part payments. Now due to some reason the bank is delaying our loan application and we are facing some medical crisis in our family so we want to cancel our booking as we are in a urgent need of money. We went to Tata motors to cancel our booking and claim our refund but they are saying that we have to provide them rs 35000 as a cancellation amount that too in cash and for which they will not be giving any receipt also. The staff is misbehaving with us like anything.now we are tired of visiting TC motors. I’ve bought this issue to the managers notice also but all in vein. That’s why at last i had to raise my voice here. Please look into the matter and do the needful asap.
