On 18/05/2017 I had booked 3 tickets for the film Posto show timing 8-10 pm at Cinepolis Lakemall for Rs. 481/- through my sbi card. Though the transaction was complete and received the message from the bank for completion of transaction, the cinepolis website intimated that the same could not be done. So again I tried to book 3 tickets and this time the boo.king confirmation was received. However, on receipt of my credit statement I find there was no reversal of amount of Ts. 481/- for the failed transaction.
Rs. 481/- has been charged twice, though one amount should have been refunded by Cinepolis Authority for failed transaction. I had lodged my complaint through comentin@cinepolis.com on 31/05/2017.
But I have not received the refund till date.
