Complaint regarding refund from Cleartrip

I canceled my ticket with Trip on Dec. 4 2017 but till now I didn’t get the refund amount and only I got false promises from your ClearTrip team that they are following with airline. I called ClearTrip call center within last month and half around 10 – 15 times and I submitted online complaints but without any real answer and same talk each time I got. Even I spoke with some managers there but they were saying always same words, that the problem from airline.

Replacement by Micromax – Rs.9,000/- : Mr. Somanathan M of Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu purchased Micromax Canvas A120 on Sep-2014. He faced problems since December 2014 and submitted the device to the service centre many times. But the issues could not be resolved. Refund from Travolook – Rs.29,775/- : Mr. Arpit Makwana of Thane, Maharashtra tried to book tickets on the portal Travolook however the booking got cancelled due to fare expiration.
