I booked 5 return tickets through cleartrip from Ahmedabad-Daramshala for 10th december 2017 and return on 14th december 2017. During the said trip, the return flight from Dharamshala-Delhi on 14th December got delayed by 4 hours. The flight details are Air India AI-9714 having ticket number 098-5777242960. We had to get the ticket cancelled at the Dharamshala airport Air India Kiosk. They stated that since the flight has been delayed by more than 61 minutes, we are eligible for full refund of the ticket. However, since the ticket is booked through cleartrip, we need to ask them for a refund. Cleartrip gave us refund for 2 tickets. However, even after repeated complaints to cleartrip they are still not granting us the refund for One ticket in the name of Bxxxxt Vxxxxxi. I have called the Air india customer care and they have stated that they have released the payment to Cleartrip. However, cleartrip is not granting us the rightful refund. Kindly help is getting the refund.
