Complaint regarding refund from Easemytrip for cancelled trip

Last year I booked international ticket from easemytrip. But due to covid I was not able travel. Firstly easetrip said they will refund me. But later they said they cannot refund they can give me option to rescudule my booking. Which I can use untill 31dec 2021.

We would like to inform you that the airline has denied for the refund on your booking as your booking was no show and refund should claim under the validity period. However, the airline is providing the option of rescheduling your can reschedule your booking as per the airline offer till December 31, 2021, for future travel.

Yesterday I send email to easemytrip, how to use credit shell for my future booking.

They said we would like to inform you that the PNR status is a no-show and the validity of the ticket has expired.

Airline has denied the rescheduling or the refund of the booking. Kindly help me. Now easemytrip is hrassing me
