Complaint regarding refund from Excitel broadband

Sir I have taken a excitel broadband connection after expiring of plan i decided to disconnect this connection after i gave disconnecction request excitel customer care told me to submit device after that he told me that i will get my refund within 30 days from the submission date. But after 30 days completed i did not received my refund amount so i contacted many time regarding my refund but i got same response i will get my refund soon. Now it’s more than 3 months and I’m getting same response every time but NO REFUND.
