I ordered shoes on 7 May 2018 from flipkart app and then because of size issue I returned on 9 th may 2018 buy since then refund not credited and when I am contacting flipkart customer care they are always making excuses and asking me to approach bank and debit card customer care.My bank has informed that amount not transferred to my account and same I informed to flipkart but they are always asking time to resolve. I want you to look into this and resolve it at earliest.
