Complaint regarding refund from Flipkart for failed order

I tried ordering Infinix note 40 pro 5G through my debit card yesterday which was not placed but the amount of 16058 got deducted yesterday ,I tried calling to the Flipkart helpline number but they denied that they did  not recieved any payment and told me to connect with the bank then I connected with the bank and the executives told me that amount has been successfully credited to the FLIPKARTINPL MUMBAI and told me to wait for T+1 Day but still I didn’t got any refund from any one of the plateform ,I tried calling Flipkart helpline multiple times but they told me the same things again and again with no authentic information.
I request you to please raise the case against FLIPKART and ask for the compensation  of 50000 rupees including my amount deducted.
