I made a payment towards Flipkart on February 11th of 2020, using SBI Internet Banking. The amount got deducted from my account but the merchant did not receive the amount. Even after a period of 8 working days, refund for the amount was not credited to my account. I have lodged complaints both with the merchant and my bank. According to my bank , the amount was credited to merchant, but merchant tells me to make a repayment and no amount was received by them. I lost the amount and there are no clear guidence from both merchant and my bank.
