Respected sir/madam, I paid amount to hathway broadband for broadband service. After payment, they informed to me service not available to your area. we cannot provide broadband connection and we will refund your amount.after 3 days i was called they didn’t respond. i was very frustrated. For my work need emergency i was paid. After that i borrow amount from other and connect new connection.

On this date 20/12/2024, I have paid for new connection but they rejected. I have asked for a refund however still I didn’t receive my refund. They told me that refund process may take 3 days but 3 days passed. I need a refund.
