On 7th of December i placed an order for honor 7x on online honor store and later cancelled it. They sent me order details but never sent the cancellation details. Later when i called honor support they informed me the refund would happen within 7-10 business days. On 18th December when i called again they informed me that a complaint is being registered to fix the problem and i would get a call back from higher authority and would take 24hrs to resolve the refund issue. The complaint id according to them is sr220171218125703874. Its been more than 12-13days and they are still giving me a run around like it will be fixed or higher authority will callback, and i want to talk to them on the call they say that they cant. Its getting very inconvenient and annoying. Please help. I have attached the order details.
