Complaint regarding refund from Jio Airfiber for failed installation

I have ordered jio airfiber on 30th April 2024 by paying a sum of 1000Rs online via My Jio app. I have reached them multiple times regarding Installation. They are not providing installation citing various made up reasons. Then they stopped answering my calls and not returning them.
I have tried to resolve this issue with jio support but they failed to do so. I have been asking for refund of my booking amount since 30 days.
