I have booked honeymoon package from Chennai to bali through make my trip and made the full payment. But when I reach the Chennai International Airport to collect the boarding pass, Malin do airlines executive said that “itinerary is not added in our tickets from make my trip”. So airlines is unable to generate our boarding pass that leads to cancellation of our tour. Now I am calling make my trip customer support for my full refund and they are not providing any details about refund as this is make my trip fault.. Pls provide me my full refund so that I can book another package..
