Complaint regarding refund from Makemytrip / Go Air

Regarding refund of money of Go air G8-537 flight booked from MMT dtd 15th april 2020. Value: 22541.
I have booked ticket on 7th april through MMT mob app for kolkata to ahmedabad for dtd 15th april 2020 by GOAIR flight G8-537. But due to lockdown flight cancelled and my money stucked for almost 3 months. No any sufficiant reply by airlines given even just shows the status pending. so its really cheep.

Short refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.18,370/- : Mohammad Azam of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (Email: sahibeazam[at]gmail.com booked two return tickets on makemytrip.com few months ago by paying Rs.33,786. Subsequently, due to some personal issues he cancelled the booking. MMT informed that they he would get a refund of Rs.25,786 after deductions. However he got only Rs.7,016/-. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
