Complaint regarding refund from Maxbhi for non-delivered product

Complaint against Maxbhi.com for trying to misguide and not deliver the order. Value: 1173

My order was supposed to be delivered on 6th July 2024. The company claims to provide 100% refund if order not delivered on time. When after finally trying to get on call with customer care for 4 hours the lady on call tried to misguide me regarding this and said that I’ll receive a call or can contact them on email none of which has been possible. I want a refund.

Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
