Complaint regarding refund from Myntra

I placed an order from myntra.

1 – Moda Rapido jeans Qnt=1
2- Roadstar casual shirt Qnt=1

but due to wrong product delivery, I raised a refund request for the shirt and exchange for jeans. The exchange order no is 1097628-6977227-2179601. Again they delivered the wrong jeans. So that I raised a refund request for jeans.
But the problem is while returning the money they are saying we initiate the money you should ask for phonepe then i asked phonepe they are telling they didn’t initiate the money. In that way my money is not refund yet.

Please help me for recovery of my money. Order details
