I order shoes from Myntra on 7th Feb and when I received the product the delivery guy was not patient enough to wait for the payment to get processed through Google pay and left without providing me the product. I have been contacting Myntra every single day and have sent my account detailed PDF of the transaction. Everyday, I receive a mail saying I will be updated in 24 hours. I haven’t received any mail or refund yet. If, I am calling in customer care they listen and cut my call. Please take an appropriate action against them.
