I want my refund for my puma sneakers on replaced on 21/09/2020 but they deliverd a vans shies under puma box so i want replacement i have submitted all the images on 25/09/2020 that is asked by myntra but my case is still oending they did not provied me any resolution or concern every time I called at cotomer care they said you have to wait nd till yet i am facing the same situation. I am feeling mantly harrased by myntra

They send me a wrong product. Then after i returned the product to them, they now say the that the quality checking of the product is failed and that my refund of the product is on hold. They don’t give me any specific reason regarding this issue. I tried several times to contact them, but they completely ignored my calls.
