I have booked a tour to Europe by Neem Holidays goregao east ,Mumbai for my parents.(senior citizen) I have make a payment of Rs 1,20,000for per person total 2,40,000rs for my parents. V have given all documents for Visa what they ask from us our tour operator name was Hxxxn bxxxi from kandivali. He told us all documents was okk and sended to visa office and v got an appointment for visa on 11july all is okk till that time ..v not recived any msg still frm visa office till 19 jul and oyr flight was on 24 early morning at 4.00 am and on 20 July v git our passports with rejected visa so v dont have a time to apply re-visa soo v dicided to join with next on 3 Aug so our tour operator hxxxxxn bxxxxxi told v cant goooo and not a single Penney will get u now u have cancelled the tour but v have not cancelled our …Hxxxxxn bxxxxi told me my boss Mr.Axxxxl was nit considering this case v cant give u r money. frist he told us he cut some and will return u back u r money in few day still i m waiting for money they r v rude while talking on phone i have recorded their phones also…
