I booked(7 oct 2018)a room in New Delhi. I was denied checkin even after confirming and giving miss call on the specified number.The booking cost was 1818.Then called oyo.Oyo shifted to other hotel.Before going to other hotel there was a conference call between hotel owner customer care senior and me where i was allowed to pay rupees 1818 and the hotel original cost was 2584.When I checked in i was charged 2584.The conference call had no meaning.I paid this amount as i was in a hurry for some work.The room quality was not even one star also,very bad condition.I just stayed at that hotel for few hours and checkout sooner on the same day.I requested oyo for my refund.After many messages and mails and calls oyo agreed to refund me rupees 766 in my bank account. (2584-1818=766)as oyo charged me according to my previous booking .Bank details already shared with oyo.(Note: I DO NOT WANT THIS MONEY IN OYO WALLET)
People come from other cities for some work.Instead of work they need to face such Oyo problems.
Kindly take this into consideration and transfer the amount to my bank account.
Oyo’s 3 customer care support persons sent me 3 different mails stating that money will be transferred in my bank account but still no money transferred .Already 11 days passed by.Attached all the copies of mails
