I booked a bus ticket on paytm (do: 8th March 2020) which was cancelled from operator’s end on 2nd March 2020 to which I did complained to paytm on very same day, but I haven’t received my refund despite complaining to them several times on there application as well as to their customer care executive. Kindly help to resolve the issue.
