Complaint regarding refund from PayTM for failed transfer

Dear sir/madam, I send money through upi paytym app on jan 22.my bank account had deducted with 600 rs but not credited to my friend account. i am sending so many queries on paytym help and support.they are saying transfer failed and money refunded in two days but still not refunded. please refund my money to my bank account .my paytym account no 9xxxxxxxx9.i hope you will solve my problem thanking you.
