I had booked a vacation package through the travel triangle app with Restn Zest ( Holiday agent). My vacation dates were 10th Feb to 15th Feb, but unfortunately an emergency was declared in Maldives and we were forced to cancel this trip. It is not our mistake. The Indian ministry of external affairs had itself asked us to refrain from travelling to Maldives. in such a situation, paying heed to the indian govt advise we cancelled the ticket. We requested Rest n Zest to refund the full amount but they have not refunded till date. please penalise Rest n Zest and traveltriangle for putting me into so much trouble.

Dear Deepak,
It is unfortunate that you could not take the Maldives trip. Note that it was totally safe to travel to Maldives since the unrest was limited to a small region, which was far from the places on your trip route. Nonetheless, our travel agent tried to convince the hotels for refund, but the same was denied. Hence, as the case stands, we aren’t in a position to offer any refund in this case. We hope you will allow us to craft an amazing holiday experience for you in the future.
