I booked a nainital tour from sagartrip.com on 26 june 2018, and i had paid 50% amount (11250 / Rs) to the company but due to misbehaving by company staff and also changing every hour terms and conditions of booking policy by company i was cancel my tour and requesting for refund. They give me assurance about full refund within 22 – 45 days in written by e mail, but they didn’t give me refund till now and always give me a new date whenever i talk to company representative. So i am requesting to consumer forum please take some necessory action on company and provide me full refund amount. Thanking you
