Complaint regarding refund from Shein

I orderd a cardigan from shein app, and did not like the quality, so I asked for refund. They gave me a refund of 1235 in shein account, later I used it in ordering two onesies. They themselves rejected the order, I never received the order and on the order status it was written refused, I complained for the same but they told me to wait, I will get my refund of 1235 back and I can reorder those. I checked my wallet today, I had only 19rs in that, when I complained they blocked me and said you are already provided with the refund. I would like you to please help me get my money back, they are cheaters and are not giving my money back. Please help

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
