I had placed an order with SheIn. It was prepaid, but when I received the clothes, they were unfit. So I filed a return, but pick up was not available, so I chose to courier the parcel by myself that costed me Rs. 500. Now, the app has been banned and there’s no way out to contact them for the refund of Rs. 2500 and I’ve already couriered the clothes back. I need help with my refund, please.
