Complaint regarding refund from Snapdeal

I had ordered Yeezy shoes from Snapdeal online worth rs. 3034 o 29th July 2018. the delivery was scheduled on 6th August 2018. But snapdeal didn’t deliver. They emailed saying they couldn’t find address which was very clear as whenever I order from Amazon I have always received on same address. But I went online and updated my address. I tried calling them but couldn’t contact them . They reschedule my delivery to 8th August but again didn’t deliver. I tried to track online but they didn’t update any information. All old deliver date was mentioned. Fed up with it I had asked for refund on options on their site on 10th August . Since then I have not got any refund till today. I tried to contact them multiple times but they don’t have any option to talk to customer executive. On online customer complaint option on their site is useless no response. Plus they don’t store my contact details while calling on customer care no. and my call gets disconnected. I understood that this is their fraud system. Because Amazon has very good customer care system. This is first time I have ordered with snapdeal . They are cheaters and fraudsters.
They send a message on 14th August They mentioned in message I will get refund within 7 to 10 days. Today is 26th August and I haven’t received any refund. I have written 2 to 3 emails but no response. I know they are cheaters and just opened this site to do fraud. I request this forum to do some justice. I will put the post on social media against snap deal so that no one will get cheated.
