Complaint regarding refund from Travolook

I booked my tickets for the journey from Kanpur to Delhi on 24th Jan, from Delhi to Ahmedabad on 26th Jan, and from Ahmedabad to Kandla on 26th Jan, 2021 total amounting to Rs.11,281.50 the above transactions were cancelled due to fare expiration as stated by Travolook by email stating that the above refund will be credited to my account within 7 to 10 working days.  I had repeatedly sent them the request by email to refund the amount but till date they have not responded , nor they are replying me on call to their customer care number.  This company travolook first they cancel the tickets and then they make interest from the same by holding it as more as possible.  The five star ratings are either paid off or are from their own employees only.  Please help me to get my refund as early as possible.
