Complaint regarding refund from Zomato for short delivery

I am a regular user of Zomato App. On 21st June, 2018, I had placed order at Cocoa Bakery through Zomato app worth Rs. 403. I had made payment through debit card. The bakery called and informed they didn’t have a lot of the things I had ordered. So, I changed my order and now the bill came to Rs. 179. Since I had already made payment, I was told Zomato would be giving me credits worth Rs 224. Zomato promised that it would give me credits, However, they didn’t contact me for 2 days. When I contacted them today, they said they could pay only 100 credits and nothing more. Now, why should I suffer the loss of Rs 124?? Also, today on reminding them they sent 100 credits to me. Had I not reminded then what?
