Complaint regarding refund from Zookr

A colleague of mine had mistakenly placed an order for a Zopro action cam from their website. Now, when I cancelled the order their mismanaged custosmer care system couldn’t track it and asked me to return the blue dart package when I receive it and they would refund the money. I did that… and then I kept calling zookr consistently. They rarely picked. Mostly they hung up. After half an hour of explaining the executive that it is illegal to hold my money in their virtual wallet without my prior permission as per consumer norms. It is not a cashback amount, it is a refund value. They got convinced and asked me to send a mail to them with my account details. I did that and they assured on call I would receive a refund in my account within 48 hours. When I called them after 4 days, they told me the exact same vague policies again and I had to tell them that I can go legal against them. They then proudly asked me to do whatever I can.
