Complaint regarding refund from Zoomcar

I had booked a car rental for 10 days on the Zoomcar app. Due to lockdown in the country, I had canceled the booking according to policy and expecting a full refund of Rs 10865. The cancellation was done on 28th March 2020 and they messaged on the app that refund will be processed in 10-15 days. it has been nearly 3 months and still, refunds are not returned. I have tried calling customer care and sending them multiple emails. I have got no response from them.
