Complaint regarding refund of advance paid to marriage hall

I had paid Rs.8000/- to Amanaganti Sreeramulu Kalyana mandapam (A.P.N.G.O. Home), Dargamitta, Nellore-524003 to perform my daughter’s marriage on 23-11-2016. Unfortunately, my mother died on 21-10-2016 as a r esult of which the marriage was cancelled. The same was informed to the office of the marriage hall and requested for the refund. Further, I had sent a registered letter on 31-01-2017 requesting for the refund. So far there has been no response from the management.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
