Complaint regarding refund of AMC amount from Eureka Forbes

I bought Aquasure Xpert water purifier from Eureka forbes almost 11 years back. On 17-Jan-2024, I have renewed by buying 2-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). The AMC is valid until 30th January 2026, and the first year has not yet been completed.
On 24-Dec-2024, I raised a complaint as the unit stopped working. Subsequently, a technician visited my home and informed me that the product has been discontinued, and spare parts are not readily available. I was further told that the required spare parts would take 3 to 4 months to procure, with no guarantee of availability even after this period. so Technician told that, I have to buy new product as the spare part is not sure.
I purchased new Aquaguard product from a retailer, as waiting for an indefinite period was not an option for a water purifier.
Due to this, I asked to refund the AMC amount, as the service for which I paid has not been fulfilled.
Eureka Forbes told that, they can’t refund AMC as per their policy and if I buy from them directly they will reduce unused AMC amount. But Technician is not responding properly for the buyback process and not responding for my queries. and told them, it’s unethical that an AMC was sold for a discontinued product with no assurance of spare part availability. and not fair to force to buy from them. finally after many conversations and mails, he told it was accepted and refund and asked for cancelled cheque to process.
Now it’s been few weeks, he is not responding to calls and messages. I again send email to their escalation team and they are sending more or less same response which appears to be an automated one.
It’s 2 months since I raised original complaint.
i am asking refund because they didn’t have spare part and not supposed to sell AMC for a discontinued product.
This is totally wasting my time and causing harassment by not responding.
I am expecting the refund of AMC amount as per invoice and compensation for the time and harassment they causing.
