I have purchased an item with detail as below.
Item code: 16569, Date of Purchase: 02-02-2020
The item received was of very poor quality and therefore I registered complaint with Naptol for return and refund. The item was picked up on 8th Feb 2020 and later a refund of INR 1999/- was made through NEFT inplace of 2598/-.
Instead of my several mails Naptol didnt refund the balance Rs 599/- . It was told that as per company policy these are membership charges and not refundable. Neither any receipt of this amount was given, The receipt was given only for 1999/- the cost of item whereas I was charged 2598/-.
I request refund of balance Rs 598/- to be refunded to me immediately.
