I had been using Spectranet Broadband connection for the past one year. I recently relocated and raised a request for disconnection on 28th April, 2018. I was initially told that it will take 9 days time to get disconnected. after several follow ups and repeated mails and complaints they disconnected my connection after 1 month on 29th May, 2018. when asked for refund of security amount, they said they cannot proceed with refund until device is collected by their agent. I have been again doing follow ups on a regular basis like a ritual and mailed to their appellate authority, but to no avail. they finally committed yesterday that my device will get collected yesterday (4th June, 2018) itself but that dint happen. They are giving misleading information and harassing the customers. I am sure i am not the first one to cheated and harassed by them. the customer care executives when called upon give same response, that the device will get collected on this particular day and that your case has been processed on high priority. Moreover, I have made rental payment for the last month inadvertently, they are not ready to refund that too.
I need a strict action to be taken against this company so that they cannot cheat innocent customers and hold their amount fraudulently.
