I registered for ACT Lighting plan and paid Rs 11089 as advance rental for 6 months+ security deposit. The connection was installed on 16 June and from day 1, I faced frequent connectivity issues and slow speed for which multiple times complaint were raised but issue couldn’t be resolved by their technician.
On 24 Jul, connection was disconnected after my request and SR was taken for processing the refund for pending advance rental of Rs 8000. On 28 Jul, request was closed without processing the refund and when I contacted the customer care, I was told by Sxxxxh Kxxxxxr from ACT that we wouldn’t process the refund and denied it completely. I asked him to connect with his supervisor/ manager and I was told he is busy and would callback in 2 hours but one one contacted even after writing multiple emails to customer care and nodal officer.
