I returned a dress to Myntra and they processed a refund of 998.00 on 25th November 2020 with a notification that I will receive it within 7 to 10 working days. I contacted Myntra over call on 5th December 2020 and they asked me to wait till the end of the day. I called back on 6th December 2020 and again they asked me to wait and raised an inquiry. Since then I have raised several complaints and called them so many times but they keep closing my complaints without taking my consent and confirmation if I received my refund. Till date I have not received my money. I contacted my bank and they asked me for reference number from Myntra. Myntra is not providing me with the ref number and mode of payment. Ignoring and making excuses. This is mental Harrasment.
