Complaint regarding refund policy of Myntra

I ordered 3pair of shoes on 26 december 2018 in which I received one pair used shoe without any tag and other two were small in size. In myntra application there is no exchange option for my city .So I return on 9 january 2019.but till date I don’t receive amount of two pair of shoes and one pair shoe amount they credited in my Myntra wallet instead of my bank account. I paid cash on delivery so they must refund amount in my bank account as per refund policy and information given in FAQs on Myntra app. when I asked from customer care they denied to refund amount in bank account. pathetic service by Myntra ,I feel so disappointment and very much harashment.
